I am currently out of network with Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Meritain Health, Cigna, and United Healthcare. If you would like me to check your acupuncture benefits, please email me a photo of both the front and back of your insurance card along with your date of birth to casey@spacetoheal.info. Sliding scale is available to those who qualify.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment please call, text, or email me. All appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged the full cost of the session.
